1. Who we are

OneDatAI ("we", "us") operates this recruitment portal to receive job applications and employee referrals. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you provide when you apply for a role or refer a candidate.

2. Privacy protection

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), private file storage with access via short-lived signed links, file validation and malware scanning, access controls, and audit logging of access to submitted materials.

3. Consent to process personal information

When you submit an application or referral you are asked to explicitly consent to our processing of the personal information provided (including your CV) for recruitment purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (see "Contact" below); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

4. Recruitment data processing

We process the information you submit — such as your name, contact details, the professional field of interest, and the contents of your CV — solely to evaluate candidates, communicate about opportunities, and manage the recruitment process. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects without human review, and we do not score candidates on protected characteristics.

5. Candidate rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

6. Data retention

We retain application materials only as long as necessary for the recruitment purpose or as required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Anti-spam consent

We contact applicants and referrers only in connection with recruitment. We do not sell your information or send unsolicited marketing without a separate lawful basis or consent.

8. Cookies

This portal uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (such as maintaining an authenticated staff session) and a CAPTCHA to protect submission forms from automated abuse. See the cookie notice shown on your first visit.

9. Visitor statistics

We count page views on the public careers and referral pages so we can see which roles attract interest. This uses no cookies and no third-party analytics service. To tell repeat views apart within a single day, we derive a one-way, salted code from your IP address and browser type; the code changes every day and cannot be used to identify you or to follow you across sites or over time. Your IP address is not stored. The resulting statistics are aggregate counts only.

10. Applicable law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to any mandatory data-protection rights you may have under other applicable law.
