OneDatAI ("we", "us") operates this recruitment portal to receive job applications and employee referrals. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you provide when you apply for a role or refer a candidate.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (see "Contact" below); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

4. Recruitment data processing

We process the information you submit — such as your name, contact details, the professional field of interest, and the contents of your CV — solely to evaluate candidates, communicate about opportunities, and manage the recruitment process. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects without human review, and we do not score candidates on protected characteristics.

5. Candidate rights

6. Data retention

We retain application materials only as long as necessary for the recruitment purpose or as required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Anti-spam consent

We contact applicants and referrers only in connection with recruitment. We do not sell your information or send unsolicited marketing without a separate lawful basis or consent.

8. Cookies

This portal uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (such as maintaining an authenticated staff session) and a CAPTCHA to protect submission forms from automated abuse. See the cookie notice shown on your first visit.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to any mandatory data-protection rights you may have under other applicable law.
