1. Acceptance
By submitting an application or referral through this portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the portal
You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only materials you are entitled to share, and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the service (including automated submissions). Uploaded files must meet the stated type and size limits and may be scanned for malware before processing.
3. Referrals
If you refer a candidate, you confirm you have a legitimate basis to share their information and, where required, have informed them that their details are being submitted for recruitment purposes.
4. Processing of submissions
Submissions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. A reference number is issued on submission; it does not constitute an offer, a commitment to interview, or an employment relationship.
5. Intellectual property
The portal, its content, and OneDatAI branding are the property of OneDatAI. You retain rights in the materials you submit and grant us a limited right to use them for the recruitment purpose.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The portal is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, OneDatAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the portal.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
